1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Urban Elegance Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Services Description
Urban Elegance Ltd. provides labor supply services including but not limited to construction workers, gardening and landscaping professionals, and project-based staffing solutions across Saudi Arabia.
3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your staffing requirements
- Maintain a safe working environment for supplied workers
- Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Not directly hire workers supplied by us without prior written agreement
4. Our Obligations
Urban Elegance Ltd. commits to:
- Supply qualified and vetted workers for agreed-upon services
- Ensure workers meet applicable safety and compliance standards
- Provide replacement workers in case of absence or unsuitability
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Handle all employment-related obligations for supplied workers
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of services. Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled service. Short-notice cancellations may incur fees.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract or safety violations.
7. Liability and Indemnification
Urban Elegance Ltd. maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for:
- Unsafe working conditions provided by the client
- Damages caused by client’s negligence
- Acts beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Clients agree to indemnify Urban Elegance Ltd. against claims arising from unsafe conditions or client negligence.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation continues after termination of services.
9. Compliance with Laws
All services are provided in compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws, including but not limited to the Saudi Labor Law, work permit regulations, and safety standards. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Saudi Arabian law.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
